Following the GMA 14 meeting, the Board of Directors will hold a Special Meeting and Board Workshop. The Special Meeting will begin at 12:00 p.m. at the District offices, followed by the Board Workshop at 1:30 p.m.
The meetings will take place beginning at 5:00 p.m. at the District offices. Deadline for permit application submissions is February 25, 2019 at 3:00 p.m.
Executive Session will begin at 5:00 p.m. and will be followed by the Permit Hearing, Re-Adoption of Management Plan Hearing and Regular Meeting, which will start no earlier than 6:00 p.m.

Join us on January 24, 2019 as we welcome Jill Boullion of The Bayou Land Conservancy (BLC) who will provide information about conservation easements, how they are used as a tool for permanent land protection and who uses them, and the benefits land protection provide our community. She will also discuss BLC’s area of conservation focus and potential changes in funding sources for the permanent protection of these important lands.
The meeting will begin at 1:30 p.m. and will be held at the Lone Star Groundwater Conservation District offices at 655 Conroe Park North Drive, Conroe, TX 77303.
